How do I attend in person classes
Pre-register at Gwinnett County Parks and Rec for only $58/ week to have access to your choice of 5 classes per week, including Zumba, Zumba Toning, STRONG Nation, & Kettlebell AMPD. (If you can commit to 12 or more classes a month, this is for you!)
Drop-in for only $5 per class for group fitness classes. This is a great choice for those who are committed to 11 or less classes per month or just supplementing your gym membership.
WHAT IS FAB FIT AND HOW DO I ATTEND THESE CLASSES?
Fab Fit is a specialty group training class that help you improve your endurance, strength, and form by working with a licensed fitness instructor with years of experience and a Judo Black Belt.
Just drop in for $10 per class.
What SHOULD I expect for in-person classes
Please bring water and a towel to all classes.
Please bring a mat and at least 5lb dumbbells for Fab Fit.
Please bring a mat for STRONG Nation.
Please bring a mat and 1-2 5lb Kettlebells for Kettlebell AMPD.
What SHOULD I expect for in-person classes
Masks are optional.
Please socially distance.
Note that some instructors may mask in person due to pre-existing conditions.
Students are required to have proper footwear for the class.
There are no lockers or storage spaces for bags. Please only bring what you need into the studio.

classes are recorded and updated regularly.
We recommend using a device with a large screen to enjoy the best viewing experience.
Connecting speakers to your viewing device can improve your class experience.
